Fairly early in the morning, I followed someone whom I eventually caught up with. It was a pilgrim named Arthur, who was starting his journey today.
We talked a lot and walked together all day until our paths parted, as we are not staying in the same place for the night. Maybe we’ll meet again tomorrow evening.
Tonight, I’m staying alone in a pilgrim hostel, even though they had four people yesterday! I should soon start meeting more pilgrims in the evenings.
Assez tôt dans la matinée, j’ai suivi une personne que j’ai fini par rattraper. C’était un pèlerin nommé Arthur, qui débutait sa marche aujourd’hui.
Nous avons beaucoup discuté et avons marché ensemble toute la journée, jusqu’à ce que nos chemins se séparent, car nous ne dormons pas au même endroit. Peut-être nous retrouverons-nous demain soir.
Ce soir, je dors seul dans un gîte pour pèlerins, alors qu’ils accueillaient quatre personnes hier ! Je devrais bientôt rejoindre davantage de pèlerins le soir.
