Buffet breakfast this morning at the albergue before hitting the road.
After Castrojeriz, the path climbs gently up a small hill, which gave me a beautiful sunrise. The sky was perfectly clear, and the weather stayed nice all day.
On the way, I ran into Sandrine and we shared a coffee in Frómista. She had stayed at the same albergue as me last night. We had a great conversation about spirituality. She stayed in Frómista for the night, while I continued on for the last few kilometers of the day.
Gisèle had already arrived at the albergue for the night. We had dinner together. After that, I explored the town a bit, had a video chat with Célia, and took some time to update the blog before heading to bed.

Petit-déjeuner buffet ce matin à l’auberge avant de prendre la route.
Après Castrojeriz, le chemin grimpe légèrement sur une colline, ce qui m’a offert un très beau lever de soleil. Le ciel était parfaitement dégagé, et il a fait beau toute la journée.
Sur le chemin, j’ai retrouvé Sandrine et on a partagé un café à Frómista. Elle était dans la même auberge que moi hier soir. On a eu une belle conversation sur la spiritualité. Elle s’est arrêtée à Frómista pour la nuit, tandis que j’ai continué mon chemin pour mes derniers kilomètres du jour.
Gisèle était déjà arrivée à l’auberge du soir. On a dîné ensemble. J’ai ensuite visité un peu la ville, passé un moment en visio avec Célia, puis pris le temps de mettre à jour le blog avant d’aller me coucher.
